These Terms of Service (“TOS”) establish a legal agreement between you and Walberg Precision LLC (“Walberg Precision LLC”) for the Walberg Precision LLC products or services accompanying this TOS, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, online or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services (collectively, “Walberg Precision LLC Services”). YOU AGREE

TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TOS, BY USING THE

Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERM OR

CONDITION IN THIS TOS, DO NOT USE THE Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES.

This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Walberg Precision LLC and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website. If you are a FFL Dealer who participates as a member of the Walberg Precision LLC network of authorized dealers (“Dealer”), you are also subject to the Walberg Precision LLC Dealer Terms of Use (the “Dealer Terms”), which are available to Dealers at the Dealer Portal and incorporated herein by reference

Walberg Precision LLC Services Protection and License Only.

The Walberg Precision LLC Services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Walberg Precision LLC Services are licensed to you for use only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this TOS, and not sold in any sense whatsoever. Walberg Precision LLC and its suppliers shall retain title and all ownership rights to the Walberg Precision LLC Services, and this TOS shall not be construed in any manner as transferring any rights of ownership or license to the Walberg Precision LLC Services or to any feature or information contained therein, except the limited rights to use as specifically stated in Sections 2 and 3 below.

Grant of License.

Walberg Precision LLC hereby grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, royalty- free license to use the Walberg Precision LLC Services solely for the purpose of evaluating or operating the accounts receivable management solutions supplied by Walberg Precision LLC (the “Purpose”).

Limitations.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Walberg

Precision LLC Services. You may not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the Walberg Precision LLC Services or provide any type of hosting services in connection with the Walberg Precision LLC Services. Without prejudice to any other rights, Walberg Precision LLC may terminate this TOS and your access to the Walberg Precision LLC Services for any reason, including your failure to comply with any terms or conditions of this TOS. You agree that the Walberg Precision LLC Services are owned by Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers, as applicable, and undertake not to challenge or assist any person to challenge such rights in any manner. You agree that Walberg Precision LLC and its affiliates may collect and use technical, business, financial and personal information gathered as part of the product support services provided to you, if any, related to the Walberg Precision LLC Services. Walberg Precision LLC or its affiliates or suppliers may share your data and information with affiliated third parties for business purposes, but never in a manner prohibited by applicable laws, rules and regulations. Walberg Precision LLC’s sharing or use of such data or information will at all times be compliant with applicable law. Walberg Precision LLC may use or share your data and information in conjunction with providing the Walberg Precision LLC Services to you and with companies Walberg Precision LLC includes in ancillary products or services offered in conjunction with the Walberg Precision LLC Services. Walberg Precision LLC will not sell or share your data or information with unaffiliated companies. Please review our Privacy Policy regularly for more information as the policy is subject to change without warning or notification to you. You agree in all instances to use the Walberg Precision LLC Services in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and you agree to indemnify Walberg Precision LLC against, and hold Walberg Precision LLC harmless from, any impermissible or illegal activities that you engage in utilizing the Walberg Precision LLC Services.

Product Updates and Maintenance.

You understand and agree that Walberg Precision LLC may provide updates or maintenance to the Walberg Precision LLC Services from time to time but Walberg Precision LLC shall have no obligation to provide any updates or maintenance to you in relation to the Walberg Precision LLC Services licensed to you under this TOS. In case that Walberg Precision LLC provides any update or maintenance to the Walberg Precision LLC Services, this TOS shall automatically apply to such update or maintenance, unless Walberg Precision LLC provides other terms along with such update or maintenance.

Further Use Restrictions.

Use of the Walberg Precision LLC Services for any purpose other than as specifically permitted hereunder or in writing by Walberg Precision LLC is a violation of this TOS and you agree that such use constitutes a blatant and flagrant violation and fundamental breach of this TOS and will be subject to any and all remedies and/or penalties available to Walberg Precision LLC and/or its supplier(s) under applicable law. To the extent applicable, you have the exclusive responsibility to calculate, charge, collect and remit state and other taxes applicable to your sales of goods and services, if any. You shall be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of your employees, agents and representatives, and you shall insure that your employees, agents and representatives comply with this TOS in all respects. You shall provide connectivity and security to the Internet for your location(s) for purposes of providing access to the Walberg Precision LLC Services. Walberg Precision LLC shall not be responsible for the reliability, speed, or continued availability of the communications lines, or the corresponding security configurations you use in accessing the Internet to access the Walberg Precision LLC Services. You are responsible for ensuring that all your data used in connection with the Walberg Precision LLC Services is accurate, not corrupt in any way, does not contain vulgar or illegal content, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain any viruses. You shall not, intentionally or otherwise, permit the introduction of or introduce viruses, bugs, errors, inaccuracies or any malicious software into the Walberg Precision LLC Services.

Confidentiality and Feedback.

You understand that the Walberg Precision LLC Services contain confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information (together “Confidential Information”) of Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers and shall be maintained in strictest confidentiality. You agree that the confidentiality obligations, including without limitation the following, are an essential part of this TOS and any unauthorized disclosure by you constitutes a fundamental breach of this TOS. You agree to: (i) not use the Confidential

Information disclosed by Walberg Precision LLC for any purposes other than the Purpose; (ii) protect Walberg Precision LLC's Confidential Information in the same manner and with the same degree of care, but not less than a reasonable degree of care, against unauthorized use, dissemination, publication or disclosure, as you protect your own confidential or proprietary information of a like nature; (iii) limit the use, circulation of and access to Walberg Precision LLC’s Confidential Information to your directors, officers and employees, if any, who have a need to know in connection with the Purpose, are under binding obligations of confidentiality no less restrictive than those of this TOS, and have been notified that such information is Confidential Information for the Purpose, and you shall be held liable if such persons do not adhere to such requirements; (iv) not copy any of Walberg Precision LLC’s Confidential Information except as reasonably required for the Purpose; (v) reproduce Walberg Precision LLC’s proprietary rights notices on any such authorized copies, in the same manner in which such notices were set forth in or on the original; (vi) not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any prototype, software or other tangible object that embody Walberg Precision LLC’s Confidential Information; and (vii) notify Walberg Precision LLC in writing immediately upon the occurrence of any unauthorized release, disclosure, or other breach or upon presence of threat of such occurrence. You understand and agree that disclosure or use of the Walberg Precision LLC Services, except as authorized above, will result in irreparable harm to Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers and that monetary damages may be inadequate to compensate Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers for such breach. Accordingly, you agree that Walberg Precision LLC will, in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity, be entitled to injunctive reliefs to enforce the terms of this Agreement. You hereby also agree that Walberg Precision LLC can discuss your data and other information and/or disclose your data and information to any person or entity that states they are authorized by you to discuss or obtain such information if Walberg Precision

LLC reasonably and in good faith believes that such authorization is legitimate. You, not Walberg Precision LLC, are responsible for ensuring that all persons or entities contacting Walberg Precision LLC purportedly on your behalf are authorized to do so. You must notify Walberg Precision LLC in writing when you revoke the authority of any person or entity previously authorized by you to discuss or obtain your information. Additionally, from time to time, you may submit to Walberg Precision LLC comments, questions, enhancement requests, suggestions, ideas, process descriptions or other information related to the Walberg Precision LLC Services (“Feedback”). You hereby grant Walberg Precision LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, share, exploit and incorporate the Feedback for any purpose without restriction, attribution or payment to you.

Copyright.

All title, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Walberg Precision LLC Services (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets incorporated into the Walberg Precision LLC Services), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Walberg Precision LLC Services are owned by Walberg Precision LLC and/or its suppliers. The Walberg Precision LLC Services are protected by copyright laws, other intellectual property laws, and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Walberg Precision LLC Services like any other copyrighted material. You may not copy any printed materials accompanying the Walberg Precision LLC Services without express authorization in this TOS or prior written permission of Walberg Precision LLC.

U.S. Government License Rights.

All Walberg Precision LLC Services provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued on or after December 1, 1995, are provided with the commercial license rights and restrictions described elsewhere herein. All Walberg Precision LLC Services provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued prior to

December 1, 1995, are provided with “Restricted Rights” as provided for in FAR, 48 CFR 52.227 -14 (JUNE 1987) or DFAR, 48 CFR 252.227-7013 (OCT 1988), as applicable.

Export Restrictions.

You acknowledge that the Walberg Precision LLC Services licensed for use hereunder are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the U.S.A., and any amendments thereof. You confirm that with respect to the Walberg Precision LLC Services, you will not export or re-export the Walberg Precision LLC Services, directly or indirectly, either to (i) any countries that are subject to U.S.A export restrictions; (ii) any end user who you know or have reason to know will utilize them in the design, development, or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons; or (iii) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the U.S.A. export transactions by any federal agency of the U.S.A. government. You further acknowledge that the Walberg Precision LLC Services may include technical data subject to export and re-export restrictions imposed by the laws of the U.S.A.

Warranty Disclaimer.

The Walberg Precision LLC Services are provided "AS IS" AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”,

WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY

APPLICABLE LAW, Walberg Precision LLC FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL

WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR BY ESTOPPEL,

INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,

CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION OR SAMPLE, NO DEFECT IN

WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIAL, LACK OF VIRUSES, AND LACK OF NEGLIGENCE.

ALSO, THERE IS NO WARRANTY TO TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET

POSSESSION, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE Walberg

Precision LLC SERVICES. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR

PERFORMANCE OF THE Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES AND DOCUMENTATION

REMAINS WITH YOU. NO ACTIVITY, SERVICE, ADVERTISING, PACKAGING,

STATEMENT OR COMMUNICATION BY Walberg Precision LLC OR ITS SUPPLIER(S)

IN RELATION TO THE Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES, EVEN IF PRESENTED IN

THE FORM OF A PRODUCT WARRANTY, WHETHER PRIOR TO, ON OR AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TOS, SHALL BE INTERPRETED AS AN ANNULMENT, IMPAIRMENT OR MODIFICATION TO THIS DISCLAIMER.

11. Exclusion of Claims; Remedies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT

SHALL Walberg Precision LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIER(S) BE LIABLE FOR ANY

SPECIAL, RELIANCE, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR

LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR

BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY,

FOR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF

REASONABLE CARE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR

OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO

THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES, THE

PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR OTHER SERVICES,

INFORMATON, SOFTWARE, AND RELATED CONTENT THROUGH THE Walberg

Precision LLC SERVICES OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE

Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION

WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS TOS, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT

(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), MISREPRESENTATION, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH

OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF Walberg Precision LLC AND/OR

ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS, AND EVEN IF Walberg Precision LLC AND/OR ANY OF ITS

SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU

UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE WAIVED ALL RIGHTS TO ALL

REMEDIES, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF A

FUNDAMENTAL BREACH BY Walberg Precision LLC AND/OR ANY OF ITS

SUPPLIERS, IN WHICH CASE YOU HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY TO

REQUEST AN UPDATED VERSION OF THE Walberg Precision LLC SERVICES, WHICH Walberg Precision LLC HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO SATISFY.

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement.

This TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this TOS, you have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts sitting in Brown County, South Dakota, U.S.A. You agree that Walberg Precision LLC shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney’s fees if Walberg Precision LLC prevails in any case or dispute arising out of or in connection with this TOS.

Privacy.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Walberg Precision LLC Services, to understand our practices.

Electronic Communications.

When you use the Walberg Precision LLC Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you will be communicating with Walberg Precision LLC electronically. You consent to receive communications from Walberg Precision LLC electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Walberg Precision LLC Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Walberg Precision LLC provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Except to the limited extent that (i) opt out provisions are required by applicable law, or (ii) the Walberg Precision LLC Services specifically offer functionality permitting certain opt out features, any attempt to opt out of receiving electronic communications in any form from Walberg Precision LLC shall be null and void.

Saving a Payment Method.

The Walberg Precision LLC Services may enable you, in certain circumstances, to instruct us to save bank account and/or payment card information (collectively, “Payment Information”) for potential future use. This Payment Information may belong to you, or it may belong to a customer, supplier, or other third-party that you have a business relationship with. In any instance where you instruct us to save Payment Information, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to instruct us to save such Payment Information for potential future use, and you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any third-party claims related to such instructions. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate Payment Information, and you are responsible for promptly updating all Payment Information as needed.

Miscellaneous.

Except for any signed written agreement that is in effect between you and Walberg Precision LLC, this TOS (including any of its addendums or amendments) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Walberg Precision LLC relating to the Walberg Precision LLC Services and the support or maintenance services therein (if any) and shall replace and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Walberg Precision LLC Services or any other subject matter covered by this TOS. To the extent the terms of any Walberg Precision LLC policies or programs for support services conflict with the terms of this TOS, the terms of this TOS shall control. If any provisions of this TOS are held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No delay in enforcing a right or remedy under this TOS shall be deemed to be a waiver. You cannot transfer or assign this TOS or any right or obligation herein to any person without prior written consent from Walberg Precision LLC. In the event of any conflict between this TOS and any other signed written agreement between you and Walberg Precision LLC, the terms and conditions set forth in such signed written agreement will control.

Walberg Precision LLC (“Walberg Precision LLC, we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and processes a variety of data, some of which may be Personal Data of users of our website and online services. “Personal Data” is defined as non-public information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) and is transmitted to or accessible through the Services (defined below). Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we may collect, use, and process, how we do that, and how the data subjects, i.e. Users, may use their rights. This Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data we obtain from our customers, our customers’ customers, and their representatives (collectively, “Users”), including, without limitation, such data we obtain through our websites and online services when the relevant User registers to use or otherwise utilizes software functionality utilizing the Walberg Precision LLC cloud-based infrastructure, software, and other applications used by Walberg Precision LLC to provide the necessary functionality for operations across all aspects of the Walberg Precision LLC system (collectively, the “Services”). In addition, some of our Services might be subject to a separate privacy policy. If a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, we will post it on the relevant website or otherwise in connection with the Service in question. This Privacy Policy may be updated if required in order to reflect the changes in data processing practices or otherwise. The current version can be found on our website www.Walbergprecisionllc.com. We will not make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy or reduce the rights of Users under this Privacy Policy without providing a notice thereof on our website. This Privacy Policy only covers data processing of Personal Data carried out by Walberg Precision LLC and Personal Data in the possession of Walberg Precision LLC, The Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third parties. Walberg Precision LLC disclaims all responsibility for the processing carried out by third parties, also in cases where Services include hyperlinks to third parties’ websites. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies to processing of Personal Data carried out by Walberg Precision

LLC. Privacy, security and online safety are of the utmost importance for us, and we process all Personal Data with due care and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND SOURCES OF DATA

We collect two types of information from the Users; User Data and Technical Data. Although we do not normally use Technical Data to identify individuals, sometimes individuals can be recognized from it, either alone or when combined or linked with User Data. In such situations, Technical Data may also be considered to be Personal Data under applicable laws and we will treat the combined data as Personal Data if required by applicable laws. Walberg Precision LLC may collect and process, for example, the following User Data from Users: (i) name and contact details; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) phone number; (iv) invoicing and billing information; (v) transaction and other payment data; and (vi) other Personal Data Users provide themselves. The specific kind of User Data collected will depend on the Services used by the User. Some of the User Data is received directly from Users at the point of registration or otherwise at beginning of and during the customer relationship, and the rest is based on the data they provide to Walberg Precision LLC that is processed. Technical Data we gather in connection with the use of our Services may include, for example, the following data: (i) User’s IP address; (ii) browser type and version; (iii) preferred language; (iv) geographic location using IP address or the GPS, wireless, or Bluetooth technology on your device; (v) operating system and computer platform; (vi) the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Services, including date and time; (vii) products or services a User viewed or searched for while using our Services; (viii) areas of our

Services a User has visited; and (ix) historical data regarding the use of our Services.

1. Web analytics services

Our Services use several web analytics services to compile Technical Data and reports on visitor usage and to help us improve our Services.

1. Cookies

We use various technologies to collect and store Technical Data and other information when Users visit our Services, including cookies. Cookies allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Services and monitor the use of the Services. This helps us to improve our Services and better serve our Users. We may also use cookies that make the use of the Services easier, for example by remembering usernames, passwords, and preferences. We process Personal Data to perform our contractual obligations to certain Users and to comply with legal obligations. Furthermore, we process Personal Data to pursue our legitimate interest to run, maintain, and develop our business. In some parts of the Services, Users may be requested to grant their consent for the processing of Personal Data. In this event, Users may withdraw their consent at any time. CONSENT

By signing up for, accessing, or using our Services and/or website, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

PURPOSES AND LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

There are several purposes for the processing of Personal Data by Walberg Precision LLC. Personal Data is processed by Walberg Precision LLC for managing the relationships with customers, facilitating transactions and payments, and for managing, developing, and analyzing our customer service. Personal Data is also used to direct marketing at special customer groups, and other business activities related to any of these activities. User Data and Technical Data are also used or processed by Walberg Precision LLC for some or all of the following purposes:

4.1 For quality improvement and trend analysis.

We may process information regarding the use of the Services to improve the quality of our Services e.g. by analyzing any trends in the use of our Services. When possible, we will do this using only aggregated, non-personally identifiable data.

4.2 To provide our Services and carry out our contractual obligations.

We process Personal Data in the first place to be able to offer the Services to our customers and Users and to run, maintain, and develop our business. In some cases, Personal Data may be processed in order to carry out our contractual obligations towards the User. We may use the data, for example, to offer essential functionalities of the Services and to provide access to the Services. If a User contacts our customer service, we will use the provided information for answering questions and solving possible issues.

4.3 For customer communication.

We may process Personal Data for the purpose of contacting Users regarding our Services and to inform Users of changes in our Services. Data may also be used for research and analysis purposes in order to improve our Services.

4.4 For adding Value-Added Functionality to our Services.

In all instances, we use data solely to the extent permitted by applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Provided the following are done in full compliance with this Privacy Policy, applicable laws, rules, and regulations, Walberg Precision LLC may (a) process, analyze, and manage data to provide services to its customers; (b) use data to mitigate fraud, financial loss, or other harm to its clients and itself; and (c) use data to analyze, develop, and improve its products, systems, and tools.

4.5 For other purposes.

We may share Personal Data with affiliated third parties for business purposes, but never in a manner prohibited by applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Our sharing or use of Personal Data will, at all times, be compliant with applicable law. We may use or share Personal Data in conjunction with providing Services to Users and with companies Walberg Precision LLC includes in ancillary products or services offered in conjunction with theWalberg Precision LLC Services. Walberg Precision LLC will not sell or share Personal Data with unaffiliated companies.

STORAGE PERIOD

Walberg Precision LLC does not store Personal Data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes of providing the Services or the relevant parts thereof. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of processing. The maximum period may therefore vary per use. Typically, we will store a User’s Personal Data for as long as the User or the relevant customer the User represents is a registered subscriber or a registered user of our Services or for as long as we have another purpose to do so and, thereafter, for no longer than is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for internal reporting and reconciliation purposes. In general, Personal Data of a User is deleted within reasonable time after the User no longer uses any part of the Services or when the User makes a request regarding deletion of the User’s Personal Data. We only store your Personal Data for while you are using our Services. The data will be deleted within a reasonable time after you’ve stopped using our Services or requested your Personal Data to be deleted.

USER RIGHTS

6.1 Right to withdraw consent.

In case the processing is based on a consent granted by User, User may withdraw the consent at any time. Withdrawing a consent may lead to fewer possibilities to use, or the complete termination of, our Services.

6.2 Right to correct.

Users have the right to have incorrect, imprecise, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary Personal Data we have stored about the User corrected or completed.

6.3 Right to object.

Users may object to certain use of Personal Data if such data are processed for purposes other than those necessary for the performance of our Services to the User or for compliance with a legal obligation. Users may also object to any further processing of Personal Data after prior given consent. If User objects to the further processing of Personal Data, this may lead to fewer possibilities to use our Services. In the event and at the sole discretion of Walberg Precision LLC if it is determined that the Service can no longer be provided without customer acceptance of modified terms, a pro-rated refund of service will be paid back to the User.

6.4 Right to access.

Walberg Precision LLC offers access for the Users to the Personal Data processed by us. This means that a User may contact us and we will inform what Personal Data we have collected and processed regarding such User and the purposes such data are used for.

6.5 Right to data portability.

Users have the right to receive their Personal Data from us in a structured and commonly used format and to independently transmit those data to a third party.

6.6 Right to deletion.

Users may also ask us to delete the User’s Personal Data from our systems. We will comply with such request unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data. We may not immediately be able to delete all residual copies from our servers and backup systems after the active data has been deleted. Such copies shall be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.

6.7 Right to restriction of processing.

Users may request us to restrict certain processing of Personal Data, this may however lead to fewer possibilities to use our Services.

6.8 How to use the rights.

The above-mentioned rights may be used by sending a letter or an e-mail to us at the addresses set out in Section 10 below, including the following information: the User’s full name, company name (if applicable), address, e-mail address and a phone number. We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the User. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded. RECIPIENTS

We only share Personal Data within the organization of Walberg Precision LLC if and as far as reasonably necessary to perform and develop our Services. We do not share Personal Data with third parties outside of Walberg Precision LLC organization unless one of the following circumstances applies:

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure the item you ordered arrives promptly and works exactly the way it should. We implemented a return policy designed to let you shop with confidence and make things as easy as possible when things don't work out. Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns

When you receive the firearm or lower receiver at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. The policies outlined below are only for guns or lower receivers that are picked up from the FFL. Returns are only eligible when the product has been used properly and is returned in its original condition.

If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, including failed background check, not legally allowed to own, refusal to pick up, or any other reason the transfer is not otherwise able to be completed, the transaction will be canceled. Walberg Precision LLC will process a cancellation and return of the product, minus any fees, a $50 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee.

New Firearm and New Lower Receiver Return Policy

All new gun & new lower receiver sales are final. As a reminder, new guns are eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.

Used Guns

All used firearm & used lower receiver sales are final. They are considered as-is.

AMMUNITION, OPTICS, MAGAZINES, HOLSTERS, KNIVES, HUNTING GEAR, RANGE GEAR, UPPER RECEIVERS, SUPPRESSOR COMPONENTS & OTHER ACCESSORIES;

Walberg Precision LLC does not accept returns on Ammunition, Optics, Magazines, Suppressor Components & all other accessories. All accessory sales are final. Optics, magazines and other accessories may be eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.

Suppressors

Walberg Precision LLC does not accept returns on Suppressors.

ATF DENIALS OR RETURN WITHOUT ACTION

If your FORM 4 application is denied approval, Walberg Precision LLC will refund the full cost purchase, including the tax stamp, less a 25% processing fee or $200, whichever is greater. 100% of sales tax will be refunded. If your application is deemed returned without action (RWA) by the ATF, your application will be resubmitted after you resolve your record at no additional cost. Should you choose not to resubmit your application, you will receive your full cost of purchase back, including your tax stamp, less a 25 percent processing fee.

Walberg Precision LLC Branded Merchandise

Walberg Precision LLC Branded Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of receipt. We provide free return shipping on Walberg Precision LLC branded merchandise and on all clothing eligible for return.

Items Lost or Damaged in Shipment

Shipping labels are emailed and will need to be printed by the customer.

All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance.

We do not provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired merchandise. Since items tend to sell out quickly, we recommend immediately placing an order for the replacement merchandise.

Walberg Precision LLC reserves the right to limit or decline returns. Walberg Precision LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Keep in mind, most manufacturers provide a manufacturer’s warranty, and any product issues should be submitted to the manufacturer first.

Returned clothing may not be washed, worn or have any damage caused by accident. We recommend following washing and handling information as we will not honor returns due to improper care or use, or the natural breakdown of colors or materials over extended time and use.

Any returns received that do not qualify for our Return Policy may be returned to the customer at their expense. When possible, the expense will be charged to the credit card on file for the purchase. This includes items that are non-returnable, damaged, misused or not purchased from Walberg Precision LLC.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.

NOTE: There is an additional shipping charge for orders that weigh over 50 lbs. If applicable, this additional charge will be reflected in your total shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Walberg Precision LLC does not currently ship to any item to PO Boxes, Connecticut, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO.

Walberg Precision LLC does not ship suppressors to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.

SUPPRESSORS: Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements have been met. This includes receipt of ATF approved tax stamp, successful completion of the ATF Form 4473, and a chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) notification with seven-day required waiting period (to begin after confirmed delivery and acknowledgement of said notification by a chief law enforcement officer).

Once all legal requirements have been met, silencers are shipped in a two-leg route: first from a warehouse to a licensed location in your state, and then from the licensed location in your state to your front door.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for additional cost for some items. The shipping options available will display in the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday-Friday business day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases.

FREE SHIPPING: Any free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders or to expedited shipping. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include firearms processing fee or tax.

Package Protection

We now offer flat-rate Package Protection as part of our shipping and delivery services for all Products ordered from the Walberg Precision LLC website up to $5,000.00.
